As individual real estate agents, Dayna Blumel and Kerry Adams experienced great success and earned recognition as top producers in the field both locally and nationally. Always striving for excellence, and realizing each other's different strengths, they often sought advice from one another. Through this simple sharing of ideas, they discovered they shared the same ideologies and work ethic. The Blumel Adams Group evolved as a result. The goal: to not only meet, but exceed our clients' expectations.
Based in Old Town Alexandria, The team is licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Their closed transactions exceed $300 million and include luxury estates, waterfront property, land acquisition, new construction, investment properties, condominiums and co-ops.
Dayna and Kerry are committed to engagement and leadership in the community and are past board members of the Dunbar Alexandria-Olympic Boys and Girls Club and recipients of the 2016 Excellence in Service Award. The Blumel Adams Group is also a proud sponsor of Alexandria Soccer Association, an organization that supports over 1000 players in need of financial assistance.
Licensed since 2002, Kerry has consistently ranked at the top of her field nationwide and holds the distinction of NVAR Lifetime Top Producer. Prior to real estate, she spent eleven years as a D.C. broadcast journalist winning numerous awards including an Emmy, an Associated Press award, and an Edward R. Murrow award. Kerry graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is a Northern Virginia native and currently lives in the City of Alexandria with her husband, twin daughters, and loyal shelter dog. Kerry takes an active role in her community by volunteering and supporting many D.C. area charities.

Born and raised in Annapolis, MD, Dayna has been licensed since 2004. In 2006, at the age of 28, Dayna earned the distinction of being selected as one of REALTOR® Magazine's "30 Under 30". In her former career, Dayna worked as a senior client manager at DDC, a political technology firm that was based in Old Town Alexandria. Dayna holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech and lives on her farm in Davidsonville, MD with her husband, son and dog. Dayna takes an active role in her community by volunteering and supporting many D.C. area charities.

Originally from New Mexico, Melody has called Northern Virginia home for over 25 years. Formerly a long time resident of Alexandria, she now lives in McLean with her husband, two children and their lab mix rescue dog.
Melody developed a passion for business growing up around her family's real estate business and art gallery. This led her to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from George Mason University and a Certificate of Appraisal Studies from George Washington University. With previous experience as a gallery director and art appraiser, she brings fine attention to detail and the utmost discretion to every transaction. While assisting with sales from studio condos to multi-million dollar estates, she knows that the most important transaction to you is yours.
Growing up in Albuquerque, Melody trained in the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program into her teen years. After high school she shared he love of the sport with others, teaching and coaching gymnastics throughout college and beyond. Those yeats of training and discipline laid they foundation for her professional career. She remains a strong supporter of youth sports within her family and within the community.
A daughter of immigrants, but born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, Londi is a true Northern Virginia native. She attended The College of William and Mary on full scholarship and graduated in 2015 with a degree in Economics and Sociology. Londi returned to the D.C., area where she first joined TTR Sothey's International Realty as Office Administrator of the Old Town Brokerage. A year later, she was tasked with opening the Arlington Brokerage, where she also served as Office Administrator.
In September 2017, Londi obtained her Virginia real estate license and joined the Blumel Adams Group as the team's Marketing and Transaction Manager. She is fluent in Spanish, and curently lives in Alexandria with her husband and dog. When not working, she enjoys watching sports, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.
